Writings From the Heart

Along with painting and drawing, I have a passion for writing. I attended Western State Colorado University where I studied English Literature with an emphasis in Creative Writing. It was at Western that I learned to love fiction and poetry. I dabbled a bit but it is an ongoing writing journey. Below and on the following pages are some of my pieces. I have been published by Greenspring Publishing Company and some of my work has been put into Western State’s Pathfinder Magazine.

I have a short fuse,
yes I do, yes I do.
I have a short fuse in my mind.

It’s going to blow,
yes I know, yes I know,
on the next unfortunate soul.

So don’t come close,
dare you get a big dose
of my anger that’s raging inside.
